Club News - Jazz Brunch 2009

An unusual event occurred in August. No not Rotarians, friends and family getting together to have some fun and fellowship, but we experienced a very sunny Sunday afternoon in August.
This was the Club’s annual Jazz Brunch held at Rotarians John Horne’s home. Over 120 people enjoyed music (Fred Bloggs local jazz band), food (pig roast & desert provided by the Ladies of Inner Wheel) and drink (not too much!).
A very enjoyable day was had by all with Rotary supported good causes/charities benefiting by over £1000.
Very special thanks must go to John and Angie Horne without whose efforts the day would not be possible.
