Club News - President Handover 2007

On Tuesday 26th. June, at the Arosfa Hotel, Rotarian John Murphy (pictured, right) took over the Presidency from Rotarian Norman Lester (pictured, left), to become the 33rd President of the Club.
John lives at Blagdon with his wife Trish, who has also been President of West Woodspring Inner Wheel. Retired from business as MD of an Office Equipment Co., they spent a number of years in South Africa before returning to the UK.
He is currently trying to make some sense out of golf and enjoying making a contribution to community affairs through the local village school and Rotary.
